Balance: A Core Benefit of Students at IB Schools

This past weekend on September 22, 2018 we welcomed in the The Autumn Equinox, a point of perfect balance on the calendar of the year.  Equinoxes take place twice a year, once in the Fall and again in the Spring, when night and day are of equal length and in perfect equilibrium. Here we find a total balance between dark and light in the physical world and in nature.  Balance is a quality and inner experience as well that we are often striving towards optimizing in all areas of life and in our inner experience.
